Having purchased several of these and selling tens of thousands of cones a year, I can let you know that these cone makers will probably last about a year. I clean them once a month. Nemco servicers are really nice, but they don't last long enough

We bought this Waffle Cone Maker from Nemco after using the one from Waring, our Waring machine broke twice in a period of a month... everywhere you read online waffle cone machines have a bad rep no matter the brand. So far we have used this one from Nemco for a week and looks pretty solid, even though it takes 12 minutes to preheat you get cones faster as you can regulate time and temperature. We tried using it as it came with the manufacturer's setting and our cones got stuck in the grid (we use our own mix) so we had to keep trying to get the right setup for us, but is something to think about when using it. We give it 5 Stars for now hoping this one works!

If you're doing high volume waffle cones/bowls, I definitely suggest spending the money on this one. It's great - you can pump out multiple waffle cones quickly and is easy to clean. We switched form another brand and this one is the best bang for your buck in the long term.

Very disappointed. After unpacking the waffle cone maker, immediately noticed the plates are not aligned properly. I should have reviewed the return policy before I purchased. It's ridiculous that I have to lose money for their defective product.

I have purchased three of these and they all last no more than a year with daily use. Very expensive to not last any longer than that. Will be buying a different brand this time.

This is a really nice waffle cone maker! It warms quickly and just takes a few moments to make beautiful waffles. I'm still playing around with my waffle recipe but so far everything has come out great!
