We use 2 of these waffle bakers on our waffle sandwich food truck. They do not stick, easy to clean, and makes perfect waffles every time.
The Nemco Dual Waffle Baker works perfectly for my waffle business. It does take a while to heat up though but the non-stick coating works like a charm. The timer and temperature are also adjustable. You can put out waffles so fast! Each waffle is about 7.5 inches in diameter & the entire baker is around 19.5 inches wide.
