The countertop hot food display also features a large water reservoir that adds consistent humidity to keep your food fresh and moist for hours.
This case's holding temperatures are adjustable between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Thanks to its rear sliding glass doors, serving customers and restocking your products is simple. The Nemco 6460 heated food display case requires a 120V electrical connection.
