This unit can reach a temperature of 180 degrees Fahrenheit in 16 minutes and features a unique "break-away" clutch motor, which allows your customers to turn the rack in either direction to reach the desired food product when the door is open. Its eye-catching, modern graphics will entice customers and increase impulse sales. Plus, this piece of equipment can be used to show off other food items such as pies, focaccia, cake, fresh bread, and individually packaged slices for on-the-go customers.
