The Nemco 6301-18 18" heated shelf warmer is designed to keep all of your best dishes warm, from kitchen wait stations to pass through areas, and can even be attractively displayed in serving lines, buffets, and other front of the house applications! This versatile unit allows you to heat food on plates, in takeout boxes, or even on a serving pan for maximum heat conduction.
The variable temperature settings and commercial-grade stainless steel construction provide uniform heat distribution to eliminate risky temperature drops and unappetizing cold spots, while an ergonomic control dial lets you adjust the temperature up to 220 degrees Fahrenheit for maximum warming satisfaction. The Nemco 6301-18 features a sleek stainless steel top and attractive black powder coated sides with rounded corners that wipe down quickly for easy cleaning.
This heated shelf warmer requires a 120V, 250 watt electrical connection.
