This strip warmer is controlled by the 69007 remote control box, which allows you to mount the unit at your pass-through station or buffet line and place the controls at a more convenient location. This not only gives your staff easier access to the controls during busy periods of the day, but it also ensures that customers don't accidentally adjust the settings as they move through the line. This box has 1 pilot light and an on/off toggle switch that controls the element.

This warmer features a 580W tubular heating element and is designed to prevent the drying out or overcooking of your menu items. In addition, it boasts shatterproof incandescent lighting for enhanced visual display, so you can be sure that the food you serve not only tastes great, but looks great, too. Durable and lightweight, this unit is made of clear-anodized extruded aluminum, which makes it resistant to damage and exceptionally easy to clean. Plus, its aluminized steel reflectors ensure that the heat from the element is directed down toward the food instead of lost into the air.

This Nemco strip warmer and remote control box must both be hard wired; a cord and plug are not included.
