Nemco 567-1 Details
Use this Nemco 567-1 3/16" blade assembly to replace the worn out or damaged blade assembly on your roma tomato slicer. This blade assembly comes with 15 blades that cut even, consistent 3/16" slices of roma tomatoes. It also features a cartridge design that allows the blades to be installed, removed, and cleaned easily. Made of sharp stainless steel, the blades are scalloped to effortlessly cut tomatoes without crushing or squeezing them.
