Purchased this unit in September 2025 and the wires broke within 3 months. Since it is covered under warranty we were instructed to mail in the bow for repair. We mailed them on 1/21 and did not hear back from them until I emailed them on 2/19. They now say that we need to send back the entire unit for them to repair. This makes no sense since you can purchase the bow replacement separately. We now have to wait another 2 weeks for a working unit. BTW this is the 3rd unit we have purchased in 10 years but there is no other options for slicing mozzarella
