Nemco 428-4 Details
The Nemco 428-4 replacement wedger blade assembly is made of razor sharp stainless steel, and can be used to replace the wedger blade that came standard in Nemco 55550-4 Easy Wedgers and 55450-4 Easy FryKutters. It can also be paired with the appropriate 4-section push block to convert any Easy FryKutter or Easy Wedger into a 4-section cut. Simply install the blade with the included two screws.
