Natural Gas to Propane Conversion Kit for Fryer Millivolt Gas Valves

This liquid propane conversion kit from Assure Parts can be used to switch fryers, ovens, skillets, and other cooking equipment from many popular manufacturers to use liquid propane instead of natural gas. It includes (2) screws, (1) sealing gasket, and (1) regulator vent. Because it fits such a wide range of items and allows you to switch between gas types, it's a great way to consolidate the gas valve stock on your truck. It also gives you the ability to fix an issue for your customer faster since you're more likely to have the right part ready to go, instead of looking up and waiting on a potentially more expensive OEM part.

To convert a gas valve to propane using this adapter kit, shut off the gas supply to the valve, and turn the gas cock dial to "off". Remove the screws holding the standard regulator cartridge and gasket in place, and then remove the regulator and gasket. Install the new gasket and regulator, using the new screws supplied with this kit. Finally restore the gas supply and test for leaks around the regulator using a leak detector solution.
