This radio uses Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technology for more reliable and private communication as compared to standard analog radios. It offers enhanced privacy with a unique radio profile ID number with over 10,000 available codes to choose from.

This radio features a simple push-to-talk (PTT) button for instant communication. It also has a instant mute button to lower the radio volume to the minimum level. This radio has a private reply feature to allow 2 people to instantly connect after a group transmission and a direct call feature to reach a specific individual. This unit features an advanced configuration menu and CPS software to configure and personalize your radio. This unit operates using an 1,800 mAh lithium-ion battery, which is easily rechargeable using the included drop-in charging tray.
