Quickly help customers with this Motorola CB series call box! This call box features 1 channel and a UHF frequency of 452 to 470 MHz, and it is designed for use with UHF analog two-way business radios. It allows customers to request assistance by simply pressing the button, which then alerts any staff members carrying a compatible radio. It offers custom messages of up to 10 seconds for both the customer and staff, helping to alert staff that help is needed and ensure customers that help is on the way.

This call box provides up to 130,000 sq. ft. of coverage, making it ideal for large retail settings. It offers 38 PL codes and 83 DPL codes to filter out unwanted transmissions. It is designed to be wall mounted using the included 3M DuoLock strips or a wall mounting bracket (sold separately). This call box operates in temperatures from -22 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. It requires (6) AA batteries (sold separately) for operation.
