What is the difference between all-purpose and table salt?
All-purpose salt has a uniform cubic crystal structure, while table salt has a more irregular crystal shape. Although both can be used in many of the same applications, all-purpose salt is often preferred for baking, soups, and broths, while table salt is more commonly used as a finishing or topping salt.

This is just salt. Which is great because there are no additives like iodine or anti-caking agents. Just good old sodium chloride. Too bad it's not sold as single bags though since it's hard to go through 49 bags.

Morton is the go to brand name for salt. The amount though is quite much even though the price is great for it. It is a good salt.
