Suggested Recipe: Frozen Flavored Latte (3 gallon batch)
(1) 64 fl. oz. bottle Monin neutral beverage base
2 liters Monin cold brew coffee concentrate
8 oz. Monin flavored syrup*
2 gallons milk

Pour all ingredients into a mixing container in order listed. Whisk well to mix, then portion into appropriate storage container. Cover and label, then store under refrigeration. When ready to use, add the mixture to your frozen drink machine for service to create delicious frozen lattes that your customers will love!
