Almost no whole chips, just pulverized fragments. They were packed in a box 3 times the size of the case container and packed with care. at least 3" of padding on all 4 sides. No way to do it better. But the freight guys don't give a crap and probably kicked it from the warehouse all the way to our shop. I'd order again but neither myself or Webstaurantstore.com can do anything about the the idiots on the freight carries. Hopefully it was a one off kinda deal.
