When setting up foreign beer couplers like certain german, english, and irish beers use a differed coupler and this brush fits perfectly. It's as simple as unscrewing the supply tube from the keg coupler and running brush through it with some warm soapy water. Twisting the brush cleans the inside and outside of the coupler attachment points.
