This little holding cabinet has been a God-send. I have a food trailer and live in a VERY rural area where we are the only take-out food for 15 miles. Recently a construction project was in our area and the only way to keep up with the food demand was to keep the grill going and use the holding cabinet to keep the food warm. I started the morning with a big pan of eggs and a pan of bacon/sausage.
