High Performance Heating

Maintaining temperatures between 120 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, this cabinet ensures that dishes are held in a hot, food-safe environment. Plus, it features a closed-loop thermal brake that reduces heat transfer from inside out, retaining the heat for the benefit of the food.

Temperature Monitoring

The TC90S also has an air-vent that provides moisture control in order to provide the best interior environment possible for hot holding. The unit is outfitted with an analog thermometer too, which allows temperature monitoring at any time, even when the cabinet is not in operation.

Easy, Secure Access

The features a magnetic latch to ensure proper closure at all times. Plus, a convenient kitch-latch is included, providing hands-free opening.

Easy to Maneuver

    This little holding cabinet has been a God-send. I have a food trailer and live in a VERY rural area where we are the only take-out food for 15 miles. Recently a construction project was in our area and the only way to keep up with the food demand was to keep the grill going and use the holding cabinet to keep the food warm. I started the morning with a big pan of eggs and a pan of bacon/sausage. We had approximately 500 extra people we were cooking for and the cabinet was able to hold my food and still fit in the food trailer (35' long).     We love using these for transporting all our hot food down to the banquet room. We can keep an entire nights meals in here and warm all night.
