Capable of multiple work surface heights, this station is great for a diverse range of tasks. From cutting up fresh carrots, tomatoes, or potatoes, to then transporting the bulk ingredients, this station is a perfect solution for any fast-moving kitchen looking to increase productivity.

The station itself is easy to assemble using the Metro stationary Super Erecta SiteSelect 27" chrome posts. It includes one solid galvanized shelf that can contain spills and offer reliable storage in addition to a Super Erecta Brite wire shelf, which offers better air flow for storage. The Super Erecta Brite finish also has the look of chrome but an added lacquer coat for extra protection, so it's built to withstand heavy use. On top, the multi-rail set can be installed to create a raised work surface that sits slightly above food containers. On it you can rest the white 18" x 24" x 1/2" cutting board made from high-density polyethylene. This board won't absorb juice, bacteria, or odors and works great for cutting fresh ingredients.

This kit includes a variety of containers that can be helpful for preparing small chopped ingredients. It comes with one 1/6 size and one full size stainless steel food pan. Additionally, this station has (4) 5" locking casters that can be installed on the bottom, so it can be moved and relocated to match your workflow needs. With this cart, you can increase productivity while using a small footprint of your space!
