If you're looking for a work station that offers as much customization as it does mobility while you prepare your fish, shrimp, or other seafood, then consider this Metro PrepMate seafood prep multistation. It includes all the accessories you need to complete seafood prep work quickly and is capable of being configured with multiple work surface heights. Plus, when you're finished preparing the product it can easily be wheeled so you can transport the ingredients from one end of your kitchen to the other, making it perfect for your fast paced environment.

The station itself is easy to assemble using the Metro stationary Super Erecta SiteSelect 27" stainless steel posts and (2) 18 gauge flat stainless steel solid shelves. Each shelf is durable and easy to wipe down and keep clean for long lasting use. On top, a multi-rail set allows you to raise your work surface so it can sit slightly above your food containers. Plus, you can rest the 18" x 24" x 1/2" blue cutting board on top. The high-density, polyethylene cutting board is perfect for seafood as it won't absorb juice, bacteria, or odors. With it, you can quickly prep seafood and then slide it directly into your container with one fluid motion.

This kit includes a variety of containers that can be helpful when you're working with fresh seafood. It comes with two stainless steel full size hotel pans that are 1 1/4" and 4" deep along with a 1/2 size hotel pan that is 2 1/2" deep. If you're looking to store larger quantities, it also includes (1) round 22 qt. and (2) square 6 qt. translucent polypropylene food storage containers, each with red graduations for precise measuring. Additionally, this station has (4) 5" casters that can be installed on the bottom of the posts to make the station easy to move and set up anywhere to match your workflow. With this cart, you can increase productivity while using a small footprint of your space!
