Help maintain optimal food temperature during transport by using this Metro MLP1 Mightylite pan carrier thermal partition. Designed for use in your Mightylite pan carrier, the 1 1/2" thick, insulated partition easily fits into the carrier and rests on the built-in pan slides.

This convenient accessory can serve several functions, such as accommodating empty space in a paritially filled carrier. In this instance, the partition helps slow down temperature loss to keep transported food at optimal temperatures, longer. When both hot and cold food are transported in the same carrier at the same time, the parition also separates the food, essentially creating two interior cavities. When used in this way, it helps to prevent temperature transfer and keep cold food cold and hot food hot.
