This Metro C539-HDC-4 full-size insulated holding cabinet provides maximum control, convenience, and usability. You'll save energy thanks to its patent-pending insulation technology. It keeps the heat in, and provides a cool touch exterior.
The holding module, suitable for heated holding applications, features analog temperature control.
Because the C539- HDC-4 prioritizes heat generation, food will stay at the desired temperature, enhancing food safety.
The C539-HDC-4 features clear polycarbonate dutch doors, so you can see what's inside without opening the door, reducing heat loss.
The C539-HDC-4 has fixed wire slides spaced in 3" increments, and can hold 18" x 26" sheet pans, and 12" x 20" steam table pans.
