Thanks to its removable combination heating / proofing module, this Metro C539-CDC-L C5 3 Series heated holding and proofing cabinet lets you quickly change from holding mode to proofing mode at the flip of a switch! Its individual analog controls also allow you to adjust temperature and humidity levels, to create the perfect environment for any type of food.
The Metro C539-CDC-L holding and proofing cabinet features fixed, lip load wire slides set on 1 1/2" increments, to hold up to 35 full size sheet pans. Patented Insulation Armour™ technology increases the Metro C539-CDC-L C5 3 Series heated holding and proofing cabinet's overall energy efficiency, and protects your employees from hot surfaces.
The Metro C539-CDC-L heated holding and proofing cabinet's clear dutch doors provide instant product recognition and reduce heat lose. It requires a 120V electrical connection.
