Innovative Controls
This cabinet features independent analog controls that allow you to set the temperature (80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit) and humidity level inside the cabinet, ensuring that you can create optimal conditions for holding and proofing. Because this unit also features a combination module control, you can control the humidity at low temperatures inside the cabinet. Should you need to service the controls, the entire module pulls out for easy access and faster, cheaper service calls. This unit comes with a 7 1/2' power cord.
