Thanks to its removable combination heating / proofing module, this 1/2 height Metro C535-CFC-L C5 3 Series heated holding and proofing cabinet lets you quickly change from holding mode to proofing mode at the flip of a switch! Its individual analog controls also allow you to adjust temperature and humidity levels, to create the perfect environment for any type of food.
The Metro C535-CFC-L half height holding and proofing cabinet features lip load wire slides set on 1 1/2" increments, to hold up to 17 full size sheet pans. Patented Insulation Armour™ technology increases the Metro C535-CFC-L C5 3 Series heated holding and proofing cabinet's overall energy efficiency, and protects your employees from hot surfaces.
The 1/2 height Metro C535-CFC-L heated holding and proofing cabinet's full length clear door provides instant product recognition. It requires a 120V electrical connection.
