Sliced and pickled vegetables are a large part of our BBQ business. For that reason we needed a replacement slicer when our mandoline slicer broke. After trying a few other mandoline slicers we went out on a limb and ordered this product with very little expectations. Upon using it for the first several times we instantly fell in love with the ease and efficiency of the product. Though the sturdiness of the handheld slicer may be an issue in the future we don't have any reservations about highly recommending this product for anyone in need of a good Julienne slicer.
