These are a must have for any commercial kitchen. We use them to hold our pans during plating instead of the old wet towels that breed bacteria. Very good quality and last forever. Easy to clean just toss in the dishwasher.
Unlike other non-slip cutting board grips, these ones are easy to clean by throwing them in the dishwasher. They're also less porous and therefore more sanitary by default. Another win for Mercer!

Awesome product to keep your cutting board from moving around. Much easier then grabbing a damp towel and much easier to clean. It works perfectly and have been using it for awhile now. Definitely worth having a couple around.
