By using infrared heat strips above each shelf, the shelves stay warm keeping your product at the desired temperature throughout longer service periods. Each heat strip has individual infinite controls that are located outside of the heat zone. Your team can easily load the merchandiser from the back so that service can remain uninterrupted while keeping product at the ready.
For maximum presentation, the shelves are well-lit with individual on / off switches. The non-skid feet will keep your countertops unscathed and looking their best. The entire device is easy to clean, especially with the removable interior components. With the long 6' cord, you'll be able to quickly plug in the merchandiser to get it up and running.
