When substituting this flavoring for many traditional extracts in your favorite recipes, only use 1/3 or 1/4 of the original recipe measurement. For added benefit, this flavor does not contain any added food coloring, which alleviates the concern of serving your goods to customers with food color allergies.
Unlike many traditional extracts, this product is able to be used in candy making; however it should not be used in chocolate making.
