Lodge A5-2 15" Leather Gloves

Heavy Duty Leather oven mitts can be a hard to source item. For the price point, these are incomparable. I have now tried at least ten different styles and varieties of oven mitts over the last five years, and these are hands down the most durable, bang-for-your-buck that I have found yet. We run an intense, from-scratch kitchen that abuses these gloves. I'm now replacing my remaining cloth gloves with these. 4 stars because the heat does bleed through faster than with cloth gloves. You will need to move a little quicker, but that's your tradeoff. We use them from 375-400F constantly.

When smoking meats low and slow over long periods of time, you need to right glove to perform various tasks. And that's what I found with these gloves. No matter what I throw at them, they perform beyond my expectations.

great gloves. they are a bit large on my female hands.. but for using as hot mitts or pulling a dutch oven out of a fire, they work fine! the really do protect against a ton of heat. a + would definitely recommend

This is very good item that I been looking everywhere. One size fits all and is up to 300 degrees and nicely it's an pair.
