I use these bags to freeze a lot of food in my freezer and they work great. The bags can be closed with the twist ties, or you can use an impulse sealer to close them, which is what i used in the video. Webstaurant also sells impulse sealers which is a great gadget and a nice time saver. But don't forget to buy twistie ties as another option for closing the bags. Overall, great bags, and a nice budget saver.
