This conveyor oven operates on simple digital controls with a single on / off power switch and a fluorescent readout that displays the set temperature in degrees, as well as the conveyor belt speed, thermostat indicator light, and diagnostic messages for easy troubleshooting. To ensure that the settings are not accidentally or intentionally altered, they automatically lock, promoting reliable product consistency.
Boasting 22,000W of power, a temperature range of 250-600 degrees Fahrenheit, and adjustable cooking times from 1-30 minutes, you can cook pizzas, lightly toast sandwiches, and everything in between on the spacious 78" long, bidirectional belt. This oven has a 40" long baking chamber and 3" opening size to accommodate a variety of products. For even more cooking efficiency, this unit is stackable with other 1600 series ovens (sold separately) up to 3 high, helping you increase your output! Add the stacking accessory kit with equipment stand and shelf or the counter mount stand (both sold separately) to complete your oven setup.
For easy cleaning, each oven features a durable stainless steel exterior and easily removable belts, doors, and impinger fingers. The glass access door on this oven includes a cool-touch handle, so the user can safely retrieve finished products without concern. This oven requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
