It is compatible with LF12U-4 and LF12U-5 commercial air fryers (sold separately) and has no effect on cooking performance! Through EPA approval, this hood allows you to cook proteins in the LightFry units. When installed into your existing air fryer, this catalyst system allows for ventless cooking in restaurants and grocery stores, eliminating the need for a type 1 vent hood and reducing cleanup requirements. It has a sleek stainless steel construction for added durability and an interlocking design to save space in your kitchen! A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
