This item boasts 2 long-lasting 15W blue ultraviolet LED bulbs that draw pesky insects into the housing where they're collected on the large 18" x 10" glue board for highly effective, sanitary insect control. Its industrial design and white powder-coated finish make it ideal for back-of-the-house use, while its compact size combines with the included chain and hardware for simple, unobtrusive mounting. The coverage area may vary depending on the layout of the room, how often the door is open, how much traffic the area receives, and the number of insects in the area.
For best results, do not place the zapper in an area with bright lighting as other light sources will draw the bugs' attention. In public areas, placing the lights just above eye level will ensure that customers do not see dead insects stuck to the glue board. The LED bulbs last over a year, making them more efficient than traditional fluorescent bulbs. Plus, each bulb contains a chemical coating to help protect the user's eyes. This item also comes with 2 glue boards for convenience. Glue boards should be replaced every 30 days. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
