Frequently Asked Questions From Customers
Can I use these products near the shore or in coastal environments?
While these products are designed for outdoor use, increased exposure to moisture and salt in coastal environments can accelerate wear and reduce their overall lifespan. We do not recommend using this product in a coastal environment.
Why are the dimensions in the title different from the actual dimensions in the description and/or spec table?
The dimensions given in the title are nominal to represent an “industry standard” – a basic size that most manufacturers produce and that people in the industry use to easily identify a type of item. However, not all manufacturers produce their products the same way. For example, a title might say 12", but the item may actually be slightly larger or smaller. We include both measurements to help you find the product you’re looking for, and so you also know how large the product actually is.
Will the color of this product match what is shown in the picture?
We do our best to provide accurate images of our product’s color and design using industry-standard, e-commerce lighting. However, the product’s color may vary slightly due to your device screen settings and the lighting in your location.
Will this powder coated table / chair look exactly like the item pictured?
Due to the manufacturing process, no two tables / chairs will look exactly the same. While each table / chair is designed from the same type of powder coating pictured, each will have its own unique appearance and sequence in the pattern.

These a nice looking tables, but they are so small that adults can barely get their legs between the table legs when sitting.

I ordered this table and three of the matching chairs for my home dining table. Devoid of any context, the product itself would probably be fine. It seems sturdy enough and I wasn’t enraged by the assembly process. However the packaging and care this received for shipping was deficient to the point of absurdity. It was technically in a box, but it was riddled with holes that aligned perfectly with the obvious scrapes and dents on the table. The chair shipping situation was worse, and with most of them arriving damaged. Customer service was kind enough to send me some more damaged chairs in an attempt to rectify the situation. I can only imagine that the packaging and shipping process was akin to the first two minutes and eleven seconds of the movie Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. If you were going to enjoy these table and chairs directly in the facility where they are produced, they would be lovely.

Nice sturdy table. My husband uses it near the grill for his side table. I would prefer a “counter height” but none are available.
Thank you for the review, Debra! For a counter height alternative, try this Lancaster Table & Seating Excalibur 28" x 48" rectangular counter height table with smooth letizia finish!
