I ordered this table and three of the matching chairs for my home dining table. Devoid of any context, the product itself would probably be fine. It seems sturdy enough and I wasn’t enraged by the assembly process. However the packaging and care this received for shipping was deficient to the point of absurdity. It was technically in a box, but it was riddled with holes that aligned perfectly with the obvious scrapes and dents on the table. The chair shipping situation was worse, and with most of them arriving damaged. Customer service was kind enough to send me some more damaged chairs in an attempt to rectify the situation. I can only imagine that the packaging and shipping process was akin to the first two minutes and eleven seconds of the movie Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. If you were going to enjoy these table and chairs directly in the facility where they are produced, they would be lovely.
