This Lakeside 70410 purple Condi-Express 4 pump condiment cart offers versatility and ease of sanitation in a convenient, mobile cart! Use this cart in your cafeteria or school lunch room to provide all of your customers' favorite condiments in one accessible spot.

Using a condiment serving cart removes the condiment dispensers from your serving counter, relieving congestion in high-volume serving areas. It also provides a clean and convenient manner of service for all sorts of condiments, from ketchup to relish and more. Also, since this cart utilizes 1.5 gallon vacuum sealed condiment pouches, you can eliminate waste and prevent contamination at the same time. Easy-to-adjust portion control allows you to reduce yield in 1/4 oz. increments to prevent waste.

This cart features a welded stainless steel base with sliding doors that allow easy access to the interior of the cabinet without impeding nearby traffic. The easy-to-use hand pumps eliminate the need for electricity, refrigeration, or bulky CO2 canisters, reducing energy and labor costs associated with condiment dispensing. A gray laminate top provides a polished look, and 5" swivel casters, two with brakes, allow you to move your cart easily and then lock it in place for serving.

In addition, this cart features two built-in cup dispensers for condiment cups, giving your customers the perfect way to hold condiments apart from their food. This cart offers a 4 pump design, which means that you can serve up to 4 condiments at one time.
