To prepare, pour 16 oz. of cold milk and contents of mousse mix into a mixing bowl. With a whisk attachment or whisk if preparing by hand, beat at medium speed for 2 minutes, then at high speed for 3 to 5 minutes until the consistency is fluffy. Add any other desired flavorings and beat for two minutes more. Pipe or fill into dessert or glass and chill for 2 to 4 hours before serving. Each mix yields approximately (16) 4 oz. servings.
