This KitchenAid KSBC56D 56 oz. thermal control blender jar serves as a replacement for the one that came with your KitchenAid KSBC1B0 or KSBC2F1 series bar blender. For a boost in your operation's efficiency, an extra jar can be kept on hand so that you can blend varying ingredients without having to wash an individual container between blending cycles. It includes a complete cutting assembly and a lid that fits snugly with the container to prevent leaks during operation. The patented Talon asymmetrical blade operates at 4 different angles, creating a vortex that smoothly blends whole fruits and vegetables, which saves prep time.

As a thermal control unit, this 56 oz. blender jar keeps products cold to enhance customer experience. This blender jar also comes with a two-piece lid that is designed to fit tightly into the top to create an airtight seal and prevent liquid from leaking out of the unit during the blending process.
