This has been a rough experience. We have never received any sort of email confirming the purchase. The status still shows that the item has yet to ship, even though we have already received. Lastly, the product does not come close to fitting in the original KitchenAid mixing bowl. Trying to return the item is proving difficult, as well, not to mention the steep "restocking fee" that will be associated with it. Such a bummer.
