This is a good paddle attachment. It’s pushes right through dough mixing every ingredient until they are homogenized. I love using it and the coating seems to last a while.
This white costed bester easily replaces or backup the one that comes with the stand mixer. Easy to attach and easy to take off. Good price as well.
This is the paddle I used with the first 5 qt. kitchen aid I owned. It held up to many years of use so I have no complaints about it. The coating did chip in some places but I think that may have been my fault for dropping it against hard surfaces.

these coated beaters are nice because they're enameled and more non-stick than the regular brushed metal ones. also apparently theyre dishwasher safe so that's nice. they last forever, but its a bummer theyre only available for the smaller mixers
I prefer this attachment over the metal beater than came with my Kitchen Aid because this piece is dishwasher safe. The metal piece has to be hand washed or it will tarnish rapidly. It's also helpful just to have an additional beater on hand so you don't have to wash the same one 2-3 times between projects.
We bought this attachment because the aluminum version got all cruddy after going in the dishwasher. This is MUCH easier to clean and is simpler to wipe down to scrape batter off of it. For some reason dough really sticks to the white coating if it is left to dry before washing. Just a tip to try to wash right away after use if your kitchen schedule allows. Otherwise, this is a very smart buy. This paddle is for general purposes, and will handle most recipes. The more specialized attachments are for certain things, but this is an all-around Jack-of-all-paddles.
I got this to give to a gift to my girlfriend she wanted a coded flappy there for her stand mixer it was very easy to find this just looked up the serial number on the mixer and found it

I really like this I like the look of the white to me it's more of an aesthetic thing than anything it does the exact same thing as the metal mixing beater does. I can use it on my KitchenAid 6 quart lift mixer it's just one of the ones that you can get from the store it's not a commercial brand I really recommend having more than one of these are great!

This was a Christmas gift from Mom after she put my burnished aluminum one in the dishwasher, not knowing the finish would be degraded. Well, this one CAN go into the washer, no problem.
