This immobilizer is buoyant and waterproof, making it the perfect choice for water rescues. It's also made with no metal components so it's safe for use during medical imaging procedures like MRIs, CT scans, or x-rays. The kit includes a base, (2) head block pillows, and (2) head and chin straps. This head immobilizer is compatible with most spine boards (sold separately).
