Cut meat products into strips quickly and easily with this Jaccard electric high-speed meat strip slicer! Designed to process slices, strips, and cubes of fresh or finished jerky, liver, poultry, meat for fajitas or stir fry, and even vegetables in retail and wholesale commercial settings, this strip slicer is made with durable, bacteria-proof AISI 304 stainless steel for simple sanitation with no tools required for cleaning, maintenance, or inspection. This equipment includes a stainless steel feeding tray for quick, easy product feeding and a stainless steel container for convenient transportation of the sliced product around the production area. It's compatible with Jaccard stainless steel chute feeding structures for longer meat types, additional blade sets, and vendor-recommended corresponding upper and lower combs (all sold separately) for slicing products into thinner or thicker strips.
This rotary blade slicer features a maximum product input size of 7 5/16" x 6 1/8" x 3 9/16" and a maximum output capacity of up to 1,000 lb. per hour. It features a high-speed 4 mm (5/32") diameter circular rotary blade set that cuts product with a high-quality, consistent 2 1/2 mm (3/32") slice thickness. The blade set is designed for 60-second blade set changeovers without tools for increased production and maximum efficiency. It also includes a full safety system with upper and lower limit switches, as well as an emergency stop switch that brings enhanced safety to your automatic cutting process. This item's plug-and-play design makes installation fast and easy regardless of the operator's skill level. This 3 phase strip slicer includes a stainless steel mobile equipment stand with 4 wheels (2 locking) for portability, requires a 220V connection for operation, and includes an 8' power cord.
