Rocks cocktails are also easy to make - simply mix 3 oz. of this mix, 1 oz. of liquor, and 3 oz. of water and pour it over ice to create a drink customers will not soon forget. This beverage mix is shelf stable and only requires refrigeration after it is opened. Each beverage mix makes approximately (8) 12 oz. servings and is best if used within 7 days after opening.

6 oz. Island Oasis lemonade puree
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. blue curacao
Ice
Combine lemonade puree, vodka, and ice into a blender and mix. Pour blue curacao into the bottom of the serving glass. Pour the frozen mixture on top and serve.
