Making a smoothie is as easy as adding 5 oz. of this mix to 7 oz. of ice and blending until smooth! For a frozen cocktail, instead blend together 4 oz. of mix, 7 oz. of ice, and 1 oz. of liquor. Rocks cocktails are also easy to make - simply mix 3 oz. of this mix, 1 oz. of liquor, and 3 oz. of water and pour it over ice to create a drink customers will not soon forget. This beverage mix is shelf stable and only requires refrigeration after it is opened. Each beverage mix makes approximately (8) 12 oz. servings and is best if used within 7 days after opening.

Florentine Frizzante Smoothie
- 6 oz. Island Oasis strawberry puree
- 3 basil leaves
- 0.5 oz. balsamic vinegar
- 1.5 cups ice
- 6 oz. club soda
Combine all ingredients, besides club soda, in a blender and mix. Add club soda and pulse blend for 3 seconds. Pour into a glass and garnish with a fresh basil leaf.

This by far the best mix on the market. It has the best taste and I have tried a lot of them in my frozen drink maker. It was what they used on our cruises.
