Then, screw the head onto the infuser body and insert a charger into the cartridge holder to pressurize the chamber. Once pressurized, hold the silicone nozzle and then shake vigorously. Remove the charger cartridge, place a cup or glass directly underneath the silicone nozzle and then depress the handle to remove all pressure from the body. After pressure has been released, unscrew the head, pour the contents through a strainer and into a glass. The contents will be perfectly infused, giving you the ability to create delicious infused cocktails, marinates, and oils!
