This unit has a refrigerated pizza prep top with 6 sections and includes (5) 1/4 size food pans and (1) 1/2 size food pan, along with refrigerated storage below with 2 plastic-coated wire shelves per section and tray slides to accommodate standard 18" x 26" pans. The user-friendly digital controls with automatic defrost provide you with precise control over the refrigeration processes.

This unit has 2 polyurethane insulated doors that each have a self-closing design for secure closure and a stay-open feature that engages when opened at or beyond 95 degrees for easy loading. The heavy-duty hinges are field reversible, while the triple chamber snap-in-door gaskets are easy to remove for cleaning. Additionally, the doors lock for added peace of mind.

Featuring a hygienic design with rounded interior corners that are easy to clean, along with a convenient bottom drain for effortless maintenance, this unit is built for reliable, sanitary use. Constructed with durable AISI 304 stainless steel and a granite worktop, it can withstand the demands of a commercial kitchen environment. The interior has a sealed floor and easy-to-remove plastic-coated wire shelving and slides. Plus, this unit has 7 7/8" diameter casters with locks on the front set for mobility when cleaning and stability when in use.

This front-breathing prep table has a forced air refrigeration system that runs on R-290 and R-600a refrigerant with electronic fans, an evaporative tray without electric resistances, and foamed-in, CFC-free polyurethane insulation with low GWP and zero ODP effect for efficient cooling performance. It also has a drain pan with a condensate heater and includes an expansion valve. Its evaporator coil is coated with 100% polyester anticorrosion material for longevity and added peace of mind, while its condenser unit is extractable for easy service and is 100% tested in helium chambers for refrigerant leak detection. This unit has independent refrigeration systems and plugs for the storage section and prep top section, and it requires (2) 115V electrical connections for operation.
