The Imperial Range Pro Series IR-4-E-XB 24" electric range with 4 round plates and cabinet base is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! With 4 solid 9" round plates, this unit allows you to cook four stock pots or fry pans full of product at the same time. Each solid, 2 kW plate heats quickly and evenly, and has a flat surface that makes it much easier to clean than traditional ranges with coil-style burners. Plus, the wide 9" diameter allows for maximum pan contact. The plates are operated by infinite controls, which offer versatility when cooking various products.

This unit also features an open cabinet base for added storage!
