The Imperial Range Pro Series IR-12-E 72" electric range with 12 round plates and 2 standard ovens is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! With 12 solid 9" round plates, this unit allows you to cook twelve stock pots or fry pans full of product at the same time. Each solid, 2 kW plate heats quickly and evenly, and has a flat surface that makes it much easier to clean than traditional ranges with coil-style burners. Plus, the wide 9" diameter allows for maximum pan contact. The plates are also operated by infinite controls, which offer versatility when cooking various products.

This unit also features 2 standard, 26 1/2" wide ovens with one chrome oven rack each for your low-volume baking and warming needs. The ovens have a 5.3 kW output with an adjustable temperature range of 150 - 500 degrees Fahrenheit and durable, cast aluminum controls with a heat protection grip. A unique baffle is situated above the heating element to keep cooking temperatures even throughout each oven, while a splash screen protects the element from food spills. The ovens have a porcelainized interior for easy cleaning, as well as a porcelainized, stamped, inner door liner for excellent heat retention. Standard 18" x 26" sheet pans will fit in these ovens in either front-to-back or side-to-side positions.

Boasting a stainless steel exterior with welded, polished stainless steel seams, this unit provides outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment. The large, 5" landing edge also offers ample space for convenient plating. With sturdy, stainless steel, 6" adjustable legs, you'll have no trouble finding the perfect spot for this unit among the rest of your kitchen equipment. This unit requires a hardwired 240V, 3 phase electrical connection.
