This electric unit boasts independent time and temperature controls and has a 150 to 500 degree Fahrenheit temperature range, for maximum versatility when cooking or baking. The two-speed fan is powered by a 1/2 hp motor and features convenient switch controls that allow you to easily bake or roast various products. This unit uses a Turbo-Flow system to ensure even cooking, and has a fast temperature recovery for efficient operation.

This unit is designed to be spacious and accommodating with two compartments that each hold five oven racks and 10 rack positions. Interior lights illuminate the porcelainized interiors, which allows for better browning when roasting and is also easy to clean at the end of a busy day. Plus, the large, left-side windows give you a better view of your products while they cook. The 60/40 dependent doors can be opened with one hand to a full 130 degrees, for easier pan loading and retrieving. The extreme-duty door system not only extends the life of the door mechanism but includes a door chassis system to withstand constant opening and closing.

With a durable, stainless steel exterior this unit is built to withstand a commercial environment and is easy to maintain. This unit also has a 60-minute timer with an audible buzzer, so you can focus on other kitchen tasks while the oven is cooking. It stands on 4 durable stainless steel legs for stable use. A 208, 1 phase electrical connection is required for operation.
