It boasts a large, rugged stainless steel barrel that holds 26 lb. of meat and combines with a heavy duty 1 hp motor and 750W power that's controlled by a convenient knee lever that can reverse the operating direction. You can quickly and easily push meat through one of the three included transparent nozzles (14, 20, and 30mm) to fill the casing of your choice. Plus, the lid is easily removable and adjustable with lock nuts and handles.

Built with your convenience in mind, this hydraulic 26 lb. sausage stuffer includes 2 rear wheels that enable simple moving for effective cleaning, and the front feet have an anti-vibration feature to keep it steady during use. A pressure gauge on the exterior allows you to easily monitor the unit's performance. This machine has been designed from the ground up to provide you with a long life of efficient operation thanks in part to an independent reservoir that helps increase the life of oil, as well as a speed control knob. It requires a 110V, 1 phase electrical connection.
